Managing Firewall does not work

Hi,

if we go to manage firewall and click the Manage-Button we first got the following message:

"Please wait, Your CFM Account will sync in few minutes."

After a few minutes I got this message:

"You are not authorized to access Sophos Central Firewall Manager. Get in touch with your primary administrator to get the rights."

I checked that several times. I am the primary admin and have the rights to manage Firewalls.

What's my mistake?
