[Sophos Advisory] Central Partner and Enterprise Dashboard - Some Partner and Enterprise customers are unable to add newly created customers/sub-estates into Global Policies

Hi Community,

An issue has been identified where Partner and Enterprise Admins are not able to add new customers (or subestates) into either their current or new Global Policies.

    August 21st 

    We can now confirm that after an update on August 17th, the root cause has been resolved, and any current Global Policies that trigger this error can be resolved, by

    1. Remove and re-add all customers from any Global Policy in question, then re-push to your subestate/customers.
    2. If you continue to get this error after re-adding customers (this error message is generic, and may not be related to this particular issue), please raise a Technical Support case with us to help investigate further.
