Firefox Quantum: Error messages "Firefox.exe - Entry Point Not Found" followed by "Couldn't load XPCOM"

Question

I am trying to set up a new computer with Windows 10 Home and Sanboxie 5.3. When I try to load Firefox Quantum I get the following 2 error codes:
