SBIE2101 and SBIE2314

I'm having the same Issue Win 10 1908 64bit this computer is Brand new as of the date of this post. Sandbox control opens fine but when i try to run literally any Program in sandboxie I get this notification

SBIE2101 Object name not found: , error AlpcConnectPort (C0000022) access=001F0001 initialized=1
SBIE2314 Canceling process Start.exe [3112 / 7]

this is Extremely frustrating as Older computers my roommates have can run Sandboxie no problem. We all down loaded the same Version. (Newest) Literally NO ONE anywere online has any information on how to resolve this issue.

This question has puzzled me for a long time. The computer my roommate and I bought together works well on their computer, but I can't open it.
