Sandboxie 5.31.4 NOT Working With Windows 10 18362.10022

After a very recent Windows Update (from 18362.10019 - 18362.10022) Sandboxie won't start.

This build is the forerunner to the 1909 October Refresh.

I have my doubts that anyone at Sophos is testing the new builds of Windows 10 for compatibility between Sandboxie & Win 10.

I am left with two options as I see it:

1: Roll back to the previous build of 10 18362 and disable Windows Updates, or......

2: Give up on Sandboxie and uninstall it (maybe forever)

Very upsetting, after using Sandboxie since the original release many years ago and having paid for a lifetime licence.

    The new build is actually 18363.10022, not 18362.10022.

    This is the cause of Sandboxie not functioning I believe, as it must be unable to recognise any build above 18362.xxxxx

    Sophos really should address this ASAP, as the official release to the general public of the 1909 October Refresh (18363) will be available from October 3rd.

    There will be many frustrated Sandboxie users in a few days, as Windows 10 tends to update automatically.

    I have uninstalled the update and am now back on 18362.10019 and Sandboxie is working perfectly.

    I paused updates on the Windows Updates settings page, so Sandboxie 5.31.4 will continue to function, but this won't be a realistic long term solution.

    Sophos really need to address this and release an updated version of Sandboxie soon.
