Chrome requires admin password to start/close

Chrome requires admin password to start and close after updating to Windows 10 1903. Password is also required when opening Help/About in Chrome.

I'm running a non-admin account. Chrome and Firefox are both forced programs. SB Drop Rights is not enabled. Firefox will start without requiring a password.

Sandboxie 5.31.4, Chrome 72.0.3626.109

Um, try new default sandbox.
From Windows Admin user account ....outside sandbox....update Chrome to current 77.0.3865.75 and turn off Chrome sync.

Then try new default sandbox.
