warning about password synchronization

Hi,

One of out first SGN users is gonna migrate his laptop. Nowadays he is using windows 7 and he is going to use OS High Sierra.

On his first OS High Sierra login sophos asked his credentials as usual. The point is he got a warn about a password syncronization error between sophos and laptop. In addition this warn suggest create a new user certificate to avoid this matter, but he still needs use his old computer. All of this means disk will not encrypted until there is a new cert.

We can create a new user certificate with no problem but we're not pretty sure if user will be able to decrypt both computers after we create a new certificate.

What do you think about it?
