SGN8 Authentication Key File

Hi,

I tried to configure the SGN8 in my lab but i have the next issue. I make the below configurations:

1 - Install the SNG8 with the SGNInstallAdvisor.bat (SQl, ISS, SGN Setup, etc etc)

2 - Start the SGN Management Server

3 - Import the license key .xml

4 - Configure the server as the server as the SGN server

5 - Configure some policies (Password, Authentication, Disk Encypt, Specific Machine, Logging)

6 - Create a group |X| for the policies to be managed and deployed

7 - Sync the server with my AD (Import the CN with computers and users)

8 - Configure the package Tool with the policies

9 - I create some users like Helpdesk and TIC with some default roles

This is all i have done at the moment. The problem is when i closed the SGN to enter with other user i have a issue see it in the image below.

I have tried twice today and same happen?

What i need to put in the next screen after i put the user certf and password where it say i need to upload the certf.

How have you set up these secondary users?

If you've synced with AD, have you converted these AD users into Security Officers?

Hi, MichaelMcLannahan

The user Helpdesk and Admin TIC i created in the SGN i dont upload this users from AD Sync. And the same issue is happening with the (Security Officer) Admin MSO. With this user is asking the same and i cant login again in the management.

Can you log in with the MAINMSO user?

Hi, MichaelMcLannahan

The same happens when i try to login with the ADMIN MSO (MAINMSO). The Management ask me the password i put it this pass to next screen and ask tell me that the cert is no uploaded and i need to do it. I put a password and it say is wrong. Just like the image i share in the first post.

Are you using the same windows account to launch the console as you did when you installed the software?

Yes i am using the same user Administrator i never logout the session or restart the server after i did the installation and configuration. I just close the Management for access with other user and i got this issue now.

This happen twice. I make my first installation and happen re-install the OS WS2016.
