Unable to export virtual client

I am currently unable to Export a virtual client from the Safeguard Management Center

'Token Recovery export failed' 

Safeguard Management Center 8.00.0.280

 

We have done this many times before as part of recovering client machines with BCD error.

 

Any help appreciated

    Hello Mike,

    Is that the exact message you're getting or is it "token export failed"? Either way, try saving the file on the desktop first before copying it to a Flash Drive.

    Are you also logged in as an MSO? Do you have any new Data Exchange policies in place? Are you using all the same accounts you normally use to perform this process?

    If the above fails raise a case with Sophos Technical Support and we can take a look for you.
