SafeGuard Easy; Key ring can not be opened

Hi all,

I installed SafeGuard Easy on Win 10 using the Default Stand-Alone Policy and am being prompted for a SafeGuard login following the Windows login. I am also being told that the key ring can not be opened. Any help would be appreciated.

    Please help me with the following:

    1. What is the policy applied to the client? Check the default policy.

    2. Are you logging in via Safeguard Credential Provider?

    3. Did you try restarting the machine couple of times? It can take up to 3 restarts before Safeguard sets itself.
