SafeGuard Enterprise File Share encrypt specific file type

Hi All,

I'm testing on SafeGuard 8.0 File Share. I'm trying to encrypt some specific file type by using File encryption rule (Application-based rule). The encryption scope is selected at a windows path. But when I applied the rules. Nothing encrypted. Even I can't see a key icon at the folder. Any ideas? Thanks.

Hi Samuel,

Applications added to the application list are considered as In-Application, please try unchecking the Active under jpg template.
