I am unable to enter it as an administrator. because of login issue, I have used all u/names possible which includes Administrator, the computer name it is registered to as well as used the password for both the user name and Password but nothing works. Can anyone please help as to how I can get access I tried explainer videos for this software issue. I use a single user machine with Windows. I am desperately in need of help as this s/ware before booting asks for the user name and password and I am not being able to get in. please help me.
