Dear All/Support,
I installed SGN Client on HP Windows 7 laptop and after restart the POA kicked in. All attempts with the right user credential didn't work. Where can I disable POA for this user? Please help...
Please login to Sophos Management Center, under the Policies | Specific Machine Settings look for Credential Provider Settings and verify if the Credential Provider wrapping is empty as shown in the image below.
