Is it possible to update from Safeguard client version 6 to 8

Can you make the jump from client versions 6.0 and 6.1 to 8.02 or do you have to go to 7.1 then 8.02? We have not upgraded the console yet due to having some agents on V6. but rather get them on 8 so as to not have to do two deployments.

It is not possible to Upgrade from 6.0 version to 8.02 version but it can be done from 6.1. please refer to the article SafeGuard Enterprise: Cross compatibility, upgrade and SQL Server support. Let me know if this helps resolve your issue.
