Is there any way to enter the POA user credentials and get directly to the smartcard login?

https://community.sophos.com/kb/en-us/121482 This KB is for Clients without POA.

Is there something like this, with POA?

Windows User Login, it´s combined with the Active Directory.

Hi Reinhard,

As you are using the Windows credentials, you can just enter the details at POA and pass through to Windows, provided you enable Passthrough to Windows at POA or by deploying a policy. To enable it from policy, Authentication| Passthrough to Windows | Enable pass-through to Windows|. Please also refer to the articles Tokens and smart cards and Token and Smartcard Support in SafeGuard 7.0, as only the certain ones are supported. Hope that helps.

Hello,

i installed the middleware (safenet authentication client) on the computer, which runs safeguard management center.

After that, i wanted to configure a policy (i think computer specific, or something like this in english) there is a token support option. But if i choose "Safenet Authentication Client" in the dropdown menu, it is marked with an white "x" in a red circle. that says i have no license for this middleware?

where do i get a license?
