Challenge\Response not working

When using the Challenge Response wizard from Safeguard Policy Editor 7.00.0.97

Having generated the key from the client I am trying to enter this into the wizard.  When entering the last character in the second box the first two boxes (and their contents) turn red.

The second row doesn't appear and the Next button remains greyed out.

 

 

I am assuming that this means the wizard has identified the code as being invalid.

 

Any assistance appreciated.

    Yes, this should indicate a character(s) is incorrect.

     

    In the sequence I have the code XFULD M9VX3 as valid - NOT "A"

     

    Have you made a typo or chosen the wrong computer perhaps?

     

    The codes do rotate too, so you may need to generate a fresh new code (reboot and press a key to re-run C/R)
