Duplicate Entries in SGN Management Console: One Appears to Active; the other appears to be disabled

I have duplicate entries in the Management Console (v 8.00.0.251).  one appears to be active but with no inventory information; the other appears to be inactive/disabled, with full inventory information.  Looking at the screenshot below, the affected unit / machine name is question is "5691DWKD1PPCX1".

 

 

The funny thing is, the machine boots normally, and the user is able to log in. how do we clear this up?

     I would like to learn few points before answering your question. Could you answer the questions below so I have a better understanding of the issue?
     
    1. How many machines have duplicate entries in SGN Management console?
    2. Have you installed SGN on a cloned image? If not is that a VDI machine?
    3. If it is a VDI machine, then what type: Persistent or Non-Persistent?
