Using Hotkey during POST at Boot Up

Hi,

We have a Dell Latitude E7270 that is failing to install Safeguard with a 'no init' message. Article https://www.sophos.com/en-us/support/knowledgebase/107781.aspx says to use Shift f6 during POST period of boot up. I have increased the POST delay to 10 seconds but cannot get the hotkey to be recognised. 

Any hints or tips would be greatly appreciated with this issue.

    Hi Liam,

    I had a case with this machine recently - unfortunately the only method that works on this laptop is the BitLocker encryption method it seems. For that you need to be running Windows 7 Enterprise / Ultimate, Windows 8.1 Pro, Windows 10 Pro or similar.
