Mac OS SOAP-Test failed

Hello,

We´ve just upgraded to Safeguard Enterprise 8.3 and created new Configuration Packages for the clients.

New MacOS Ver. 10.15.2 now fails with SOAP-Test Error:

Anybody knowing a solution for this issue?

Are your Mac clients configured to use SSL?

Yes, the Configuration Package is configured with SSL Transport Security.

On Windows Clients it is working also with new installations.

Hi mkalmer

It would probably a certificate problem in the authentication process with the SSL transportation method for MAC.

Please refer to this article to troubleshoot the communication process.

You might be using an SSL certificate, which did not longer meet the requirements, given by Apple.
Please check the following KBA for more details:

If you could not meet the above mentioned requirement - you might need to consider switching off the server verification.

example "sudo sgdeadmin --disable-server-verify" or "sudo sgfsadmin --disable-server-verify".
