Ive an odd problem with specific users whereby they will be happilly working away and suddenly SAFEGUARD will lock them out of their laptop and not allow them back in.
When i check in the console it shows that the user account is disabled, i re-enable if and after several reboots and logins using my account they are then able to login again.
Only for it to happen later that day.
I cant find anything in the event viewer and nothing in the Safeguard console logs either.
Can anyone suggest anything please while i get a ticket logged with support.
To add to this..
Even though the user account is UNLOCKED and ENABLED in active directory, when Safeguard does its sync it beleives the account is disabled and hence disables the SAFEGUARD account.

Ive amended the scripts and will run a sync job now.
Thanks for the pointer i will report back shortly.
So i set the option to 1 as below (It was oringinally 0).
synchronizeAccountState = 1
And upon initiating a sync Safeguard wants to DISABLE the account as it beleieves its disabled in AD which it most definitely isnt.
Problem resolved turned out to be an AD replication issue.
