I'm rolling out the update for Sophos SafeGuard 8.30 to Windows 10 computers. We still have a few Sophos SafeGuard Challenge/Response computers in the field and they have been failing to upgrade to 8.30. All the standard Bitlocker clients are able to update just fine to 8.30 but I'm getting failures upgrading the SafeGuard C/R clients on the same version of SafeGuard (8.20 mostly) and Windows (1809 and greater). Does this update work for Sophos SafeGuard Bitlocker C/R clients? Is there a different command line install to get the update working? What is the solution if the update is no longer compatible? Thanks

Hi Eric - How many C/R clients do you have? You can order the inventory view by C/R by selecting the column.
If it's only a handful I would personally manually remove C/R - I've posted recently about this here....
