Encrypting of USB Memory Stick

Hi,

I am fairly new to Sophos SafeGuard and wondered if someone can point me in the right direction of encrypting a USB Memory Stick using the Sophos SafeGuard Console?

My company is testing USB encryption on our IT department. I personally have some issues and want to know everyone else's thoughts on my concerns and if there is work arounds.

Currently when we plug in a USB it encrypts the entire thing. When you download firmware or image files to load to switches or other non safeguard devices the device can not see the files when you plug in the usb. What is the work around for this?

Yes, this can be accomplished by specifying a location on the usb/drive. I've created "Encrypted" as a folder on the device and all within that is encrypted - the remainder is left alone.
