When connect to Sophos management server by client console, failed to load company certificate

Hello:

I have a Sophos Management Server and I would like to manage by Sophos Console installed into my PC. When I connect to Database, connection is Ok. Next, I select a MSO, but show popup message error: "Failed to load company certificate. you database you are trying might be corrupted.

But when I access to Sophos enterprise Console installed in server direclty, ran well.

Do you have any idea?
