SafeGuard Management Center configuration

Question

Hello, 
 
 We are currently testing SafeGuard for encryption solution. 
 The basic setup is done but we are stuck in the Synchronization step of the Management Center. 
 I was following this step by step video Sophos SafeGuard and can't get thought the LDAP sync (see at 9:26) 
 If you guys could help us that would be great!

Have you tried the IP (of the DC) as well as the FQDN?

 I don't know why i didn't think about it before. 
 Switching for the IP worked !
