Full Disk Encryption incompatibility with McAfee DLP Endpoint?

Hello,

We deployed latest version of McAfee DLP Endpoint (11.0.200.x) on encrypted laptops (Windows 7) with Sophos SafeGuard 6.10/7.0.

Result: BSOD after the POA, with error 0x0000007F.

Any reported issues about it?

The issue is the same with SafeGuard Client 8.0

have you tested the SGN8.0 client with the latest hotfix rollup?

Hello Funkey,

I have tested with the last SGN8.0 client right now, and the BSOD is the same.

Seems that only occur in 32bit machines.

Hi AADE

It could be possible that you have installed some file encryptions modules too and forgot to add McAfee as the trusted app. I would suggest you to create a support ticket and provide use the SDU log and Full memory dump.
