When email is quarantined within RTC dashboard, and user releases it couple days later, then perform add'l virus scan with current known virus signatures on any attachments, ie before actually delivering to my mail server. If virus is found, then instead notify user that email released had malicious contents that could not be delivered along with virus signature detected...
