External Office 365 email/outlook.com issue has been resolved and all queues are sending and receiving email with no delays. As mentioned prior, this Office 365 and delayed email issue was not a result of Reflexion's internal systems.

Reflexion customers may be seeing a delay receiving email due to an Office 365 Email outage. This affects users using outlook.com This is not a result of any Reflexion internal issue.
We will update this page as we get more information.
