PureMessage is ignoring the Allow list

Hi there!

We're getting frequent Reports from one's external sender adress.

Though the sender's address (Sender@domain.at) and sender's Domain (*@Domain.at) are in the allow list, those e-mails are being quarantined.

Spamscore is >80

Still, I Need to get These e-mails past the filter as they are completely safe.

Any ideas?
