Pure Message not updating - "Could Not Contact Server"

for a week now whenever Sophos UPdate runs on our Exchange Server everythign works as expected except for the updates to PM. Started about the time I disabled SMB1 on the server (for other reasons!!) but have changed that back, both the EM server and the Exchange server have been updated/patched and restarted.

Anyone have any ideas?

  • SimonBryan,

    on the Pure Message, inside SEC, make sure the update policy has Sophos as secondary location for the updates. SEC server as primary and Sophos as Second Source.
