For the second time I reported a Phish Threat mail as spam through the Sophos Outlook plugin. Unfortunately this is not in the Phish Threat report.
Spam is reported to firstname.lastname@example.org and I checked that mails to email@example.com are passing our XG firewall.
Any suggestions on this?
Would it be possible to open a support case for further investigation and PM me with your case ID for follow up?

guess I solved this... The email address in Sophos Central is another one than my sender email address
Is there a way to change my email address in Sophos Central? I'm Superadmin...

You should be able to perform this change via the settings in "My Info"
