Many of the Training Modules are not really about phishing training, but seem instead about compliance for a certain standard like PCI or IT training. We have been using this for monthly training but reaching the end of what we can use for training. Are there any other modules we could get?

It will depend on which version of Phish Threat you are using - the new training modules are available with V2.
To find out which version you are currently using please see the image below.
The good news is the V2 has now been added to all Phish Threat accounts. That will allow you to take advantage of new training and a number of other features and reporting improvements. If you are already using the V2 license, simply build a campaign and you'll see all new training content available in the training step of the process.
