Voicemail playback from Email Client no audio. Works in Android OS

I have a voicemail in my Mobile Email client which I can play just fine on my Android phone. When I play it on the apple device it will play but no audio. I checked the volume of the handheld and it is cranked.

Any suggestions?

Hi Peter,

The reason why you are not able to get the audio from the voicemail played through Email Client is because it doesn't have the required decoder. For iOS devices, a default decoder built in with the device is used to play audios.

Hello.

The file plays but there is no Audio. Which internal app are you referring to for the iPhone? Do I have install one? I would assume not.
