We try to connect our Sophos SMC to our Apple DEP.
In the past we had other MDM Servers successfully connected to our Apple DEP, but now with Sophos there seems to be a problem.
There is no problem downloading the public key and uploading it to Apple Business, but when i then download the token from apple business and upload it to Sophos SCM I get the following error message:
Translated it means that they can't request the account data. The token has the correct format but is not valid.
I don't see any way where I can influence this process so I don't know how to solve this issues.
We are currently using SMC Server-Version: 9.5.2 (rev 19162).

Would you please confirm if the password for the Apple ID is changed recently? Are you using a proxy in your environment?

we haven't changed the password in the last 3 months and we don't use a proxy. I even whitelisted the Server in the firewall, but the same error message appears.

Have you removed the token from the older MDM server? It might be worth checking under the server logs what exactly is causing the issue?
i have solved this issue. The problem was solved after correcting the time settings in the Windows VM.
With the correct time, the upload worked without a problem.
