Sophos Secure Mail - iOS13.1.2 - no connection

some of our customers have a problem with the latest iOS 13.1.2 update and secure e-mail. The connection to the exchange server failed.

The same configuration works with previous iOS versions. Can someone confirm this problem?

    Could you please confirm what is the error message you are receiving? Is your email server using the self-Signed certificate? The SHA-1 certificate and self-signed certificate are not supported, for more information please refer to this link

    Hi Shweta,

    yes, the customers is using a sha1 self signed certificate. I will test the connection with a official signed certificate.
