Sophos Mobile Control app error

I am in the process of setting up company phones however I am having an issues with the Sophos Control app. It says that I need to install the Sophos mobile security app to make it compliant. The security app is installed however. Without this it is not allowing me to access emails.

I have you tried performing a Sync from the app once it is installed, but still the same issue

    Could you please let us know which Sophos applications have you installed on your mobile? Please post more details about your smartphone and the OS you are using.

  • I spoke to Sophos.

    Turns out the Sophos app we had selected wasn't the correct version. We cleared it and re added it. This resolved the issue
