SMC on premise - Can’t access the login page. Please try again later.

Hi,

I logged in on the VM where I have installed SMC. I open the Admin console, use my superadmin account and I receive the error above. If I try to connect from outside my network using the public IP I get the same result. No recent changes on the firewall.

Does anyone have any idea?

Could you please confirm what is the version of Sophos Mobile control you are using? Also, are you facing the issue only with a specific user? Could you please go through this article and see if this might help you fix your concern.
