Inconsistent suspicious wifi reports

I've got two Sony Android devices (one tablet and one phone) running Sophos Mobile Security and connected to the same wifi. One shows the connection as secure and the other as suspicious. I have changed the router with no change in Sophos report. Can you suggest a reason/ remedy?

Could you please let me know what is the error message you are receiving? It might be possible that your WiFi certificate is expired. Could you please re-enter the password from "forget this network" option under settings for that WiFi connection and check.

Hi,

The action you suggested seems to have solved the problem (no wifi security error given now). Many thanks for that. I was confused by the difference in report between the Sophos app on the two devices.
