iOS enrollment not enrolling on SMC

Hi Community ,

I have an iOS device that am enrolling on sophos central for SMC management .After enrollment ,I can see all the device information but device remains not managed .

Kindly assist .See picture below .With that ,I have also noticed the email sent for enrollment also takes long.

How did you enroll the device? With or without DEP, with or without SMC app? Did you install and start the SMC app? On premise install or hosted environment?
