unselected background scan after every update

Hi,

First i would thank you for this great app

Second there only one thing to mention i notice that the app do full scan after every update!

and this will take very unnecessary battery usage and slow down my system very often in every update, until the scan is finished every thing back to normal, I'm sure the schedule scan is off and there no option to turn this update scan off, i even try to do clean install many times to make sure this isn't a bug.

Please can anyone help me in this regard?

Sophos 9.0.3000 and old versions also

Mate 10 android 9

Thank you for your kind words, we are glad you are enjoying our product. The application is updated every now and then to fix issues or add new features to it. Hence, it will scan the system with new features/new virus definitions/fixed bugs. I can understand it might take a toll on your battery life. However, you can raise a support case to get this investigated.

Hence, it will scan the system with new features/new virus definitions/fixed bugs. I can understand it might take a toll on your battery life.
