Sophos Accessibility Service keeps turning off

I ask this question again as no one seems to be addressing it!

I have a Huawei P20 Pro running Android 9 and I keep finding the Sophos Accessibility Service in an off state from time to time. Sometimes it's after a restart but not always.

From previous threads there doesn't seem to be an answer yet. Is anyone at Sophos bothering to address the issue?

Please make sure that the steps suggested in this thread are performed. Also please make sure that your battery settings are set to not optimized/adaptive. Since when are you noticing this issue? If there is some error shown, please post a screenshot of that.

On Huawei phones, go to Settings > Apps > Advanced Options > Ignore Optimations and toggle "allow" for all Sophos entries.

I'm having the same issue with the Sophos Accessibility Service turning off, mainly on Huawei devices. However, I've created a support ticket with Sophos and as far as I know second level technicians and development will look into this now. As soon as I have an update I will let you know.
