Kamera App

Hallo,

Christian Knoch

  • Hi Christian,

    Sorry, I can't speak German,

You mean that Camera Apps have disable when you enrolled device to Sophos Mobile Control? Right?

If it's correct, you can verify restriction (Einschränkung in German)  policy in the Sophos Mobile Control to see camera is allowed

  • Hello,

my english is not perfect ;-)

Right, I've added a Android Enterprise Device Policy for the tablets.

Unfortunately, I can not find a list of restrictions for individual apps under Profile, Policy -> Android -> Device Policy.

In the device policy, everything is generally allowed for testing.

  • Guten Tag Christian Knoch,

    System apps

System apps (such as calculator, clock, or camera) can include Google-bundled apps and device apps.

Some system apps have launcher icons while others don’t. When the device policy controller (DPC) provisions a work profile, any system apps without launcher icons are assumed to be critical to the device and are automatically whitelisted to run in the work profile. System apps that have launcher icons are considered to be optional, and you can decide whether to enable them.

There are several ways to enable system apps:

For information about enabling system apps, see Enable system apps.

    MfG
