Android for Work enrollment task bundle not showing in wizard

I'm using MDM version 8 (cloud ) and am trying to create an enrollment task bundle for Android For Work,

I think I've completed the steps needed, but every time I go to enroll a device the specific bundle isn't there. Have I done something wrong? I thought the criteria for listing the bundle was to have an enrollment step in there.

Task bundle:

Enrollment wizard page to select the bundle to send

I can't see what I need to do to make my AFW Enrollment bundle appear here, any ideas?
