Sophos Secure Email (Android)/Mail App iOS - Folder Synchronization

Question

Hello everyone, 
 
 we have some users who are excessively using large folder structures and rules in their outlook. 
 As far as I understand it, you have to "visit" each folder you want to synchronize in the mail app (SSE Android/ Mail iOS). Whis will take a lot of time if you have around 200 subfolders... 
 
 Is there an option or a switch to synchronize all folders?

Hi Sebastian, 
 The Sophos Secure Email is able to sync subfolders from Exchange on iOS. Unfortunately, this feature is not available on Android at the moment. There is a feature request raised already. Please click here to vote.
