Sophos Secure Email (Android) - Contact synchronization

Hello everyone,

 

we have two questions regarding the contact synchronization in the Sophos Secure Email app for Android.

1. Is there a way to initate the synchronization on demand?

2. How can I synchronize subfolders in my contacts?

    Hi Sebastian,

    1. Is there a way to initiate the synchronization on demand?

    Ans: When the app is opened you could just pull down the list of emails to perform the sync.

    2. How can I synchronize subfolders in my contacts?

    Ans: Unfortunately, this feature is currently not available. Hopefully, you can expect the feature in the future version. There's  a feature request raised already. Please click here to vote.

    1. I tried to pull down and initate the sync this way, but it didn't work.
