How to configure Cloud Based MDM and Active Sync

Dear Ali,

 

Please help me to resolve a issue during the installation of the Sophos Cloud Based MDM. I am new for MDM,

i am configuring MDM Sophos cloud Based and my setup is, A exchange 2007 over the windows server 2008 and Android Mobile.

 

My issue is my phone (any devices Android & Ios ) not able to communicate with exchange server. Please see list of successfully completed job for MDM

1. I have successfully create ID on the Sophos Cloud Center

2. I have successfully enroll Android Mobile

3. I have successfully push Sohpos Work Space and Sophos Email Secure App on the Mobile


Note @ I have not create any EAS Server and SCEP Server

1 :- Is it ok, i am not adding any certificate in the MDM Cloud

2:- I am adding Sophos Container Policy --> Corporate Email and

Exchange Active Host :-  Public IP Address of the Mail or mail.companymail.in

User:  domain\%_USERNAME_%  

Email Address %_EMAILADDRESS_%

Support Mail id support@test.com

 

If i am using this setting then getting error "The verification of your account failed due to untrusted certificated" over the Android  Mobile 

 

 

If root Certificate and Client Certificate is mandatory for MDM then please tell me where i can find Root Certificate and Client Certificate.

Please help me i am not getting any solution and any way to resolve the issue
