Trying to locate an Android Device

I guess one of our employees lost their Samsung S4 running Android 4.4.2

When I goto the Sophos Mobile Control and run the action to locate the device

It doesn't and I get an error code -18 returned.

I am the new system admin and am not fimilar with sophos so please go abit easy on me LOL.
