Update from 8.6 to 9.5 / Can´t access devices anymore

Hello,

we upgraded our SMC Server from 8.6 to 9.5 last week. 

Within the Web interface, under manage / devices, we are not able to click a device, nor use the pull down menu and edit it. The site gets refreshed and a popup in the upper right corner says:

We are using standard browsers like Chrome and Firefox.

 

 

I havn´t tested all of our 100 devices, but some work, and some don´t, Registering new devices works, too, but then I´m not able to push other profiles, as I can´t access the page.

    From what you are describing, it could be a database issue. However, we would need to investigate further. Can I get you to open a support case

    I also suggest that you gather the server logs and send them to the case. 

    After you open a case, can you please PM to me the case number?
