Cannot request for trial for On-Premise mobile control

Hi,

For 3 times I downloaded the trial setup of On-premise of Sophos Mobile Control and installed it. But I am always getting stuck at this part. as shown below in pic. The biggest problem is that the customer care team is asking me to redownload and try it with different email ID again and again. Now asking me to do it 4th time, i am tired frankly. Please check out the error it gives me when I request trial ( I use the same email used to download the setup to request the trial )

This is something where your account manager can help you with as this needs some license re-sync to be done from backend which would be done by the Licensing team. I would recommend you to contact your account manager for this issue.

Hi Kandarp,

Sophos Mobile comes with a 5 user / 30 days license out of the box. As you see an error I assume, the server cannot reach home to retrieve the license. Can you verify that all ports required are open? Do you see any error message during installation?
