How to install a Kiosk mode with an App-Group AND Change the APN?

Well, the subject says it all: We need to implement a Kiosk mode with an App-Group, possible with Android Enterprise in Device Owner mode, but still change the APN-Settings - not possible in AE Device Owner mode. Is there a way we can achieve both: Kiosk Mode with a bunch of allowed apps AND the possibility to change the APN Settings (or add an APN)?

If you want to deploy the Kiosk mode with Android Enterprise, APN settings will not be changed as you mentioned above. Unfortunately, there is no other way to implement this.
