Confirmity problem after "Sophos mobile security" update

Hello,

I have a problem after an update of "Sophos mobile security" on some Adroid mobile phone. After this update, some mobile are "not conformed" with our company strategy because "this software" is not allowed on the mobile...

It's very difficult for some user to reactivate this on their phone (and some doesn't want!).

It is possible to change this with the sophos console ?

Do you mean that the devices are stating that they are not compliant when Sophos Mobile Security application is updated? When the application states that a specific software is not allowed, can you confirm which application is that? Have you tried removing that application and synchronizing the device again?

I don't have directly access on mobile, I don't know how to active on android the right to "Sophos mobile Security" with the sophos console ?
